There is a NO return or refund policy on ALL services.
Deposit of $100.00 for all Extension appointments MUST be paid in order to be on the books (through PayPal.)
Deposits goes towards your service
(Example: if your service is $200.00, after paying your deposit the day of your appointment your balance  is $100.00.)​
Consultation & Signed consent forms are a MUST to perform any services.
Sexy Wink LLC doesn't work over other lash artist work please book a FULL SET.

If you have allergies,
sexy wink LLC will not be able to service you.
we do apologize for any inconveniences, but safety comes first.
All first-time clients should request a patch test to be sure of any allergies.
